A man was arrested for allegedly carrying a rifle and making racial threats in Stratford, police say.
The incident happened in the parking lot of Barnum Wine and Spirits.
Police say Brian Torres was in an argument with another man and pulled a rifle from his vehicle. News 12 is told he then threatened to shoot the man.
Police say Torres is a convicted felon. He was arrested on multiple charges and is being held on $500,000 bond.
