21h agoState police have arrested a New London man a year after a crash caused a massive fire on the Gold Star Bridge.
The crash left one person dead.
Reginald Collins was charged with negligent homicide and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, according to the police report.
The crash happened in April 2023.
Collins' car had stopped in an acceleration lane due to a flat tire.An oil tanker crashed into that car, resulting in a rollover and fire.
