Torrington police have posted a $2,500 reward for the public's help in identifying anyone responsible for the fire that broke out on Sunday.
The fire began shortly after midnight on Sept. 28 at the former Stone Container Company property on Summer Street. Several buildings were destroyed, and crews were still handling hotspots through Tuesday evening.
Tips can be directed to the Torrington Police Department Tip Line at 860-489-2065.
Police have not determined the cause yet but are considering all possibilities including arson.
"If you have any information—no matter how small—that could assist in this investigation, we strongly encourage you to come forward," police said in a statement.
Officials say environmental cleanup will be needed.
