Two victims of a double-shooting at a barbershop in Stamford are recovering and police say one of them is lucky to be alive.
Stamford police say someone walked up to Cut Masters Barber Shop on Richmond Hill Avenue and opened fire into the business at about 9 p.m. yesterday.
Investigators say the gunman fired eight shots and hit two people. Police Lt. Diedrich Hohn says a bullet struck one of the victim's main arteries.
"It wasn't looking good last night, but he's going to survive," Hohn says.
The second victim was hit in the leg.
