New Canaan police have released pictures hoping to identify a man they say is responsible for a string of recent burglaries.
Police say the man broke into a home in the Silvermine area yesterday afternoon and stole jewelry from the master bedroom.
They say the man may also be responsible for other burglaries that happened on Feb. 5.
Officers say the suspect was driving a late model Subaru Legacy or a silver or gray Audi.
