Stamford police say they arrested a man Monday for sexually assaulting a woman in the parking garage of her apartment building.
Officers say 21-year-old Tyub Mohammed approached the victim as she left her car to go into the building on Friday, April 24.
They say Mohammed tried to force himself on her, groped her and bit her lip.
The victim managed to escape, according to police.
Investigators say they used surveillance video of the incident to identify and track down Mohammed.
