A Stratford man is facing charges after Stamford police say he was caught with crack down his pants.
Police say they arrested Michael Catchings Tuesday after a traffic stop.
They say Catchings seemed nervous and when they patted him down, they found a bump that turned out to be crack that he was hiding in his pants.
