A 27-year-old man from Manchester was arrested for kidnapping and possessing over 100 pounds of marijuana with intent to distribute, according to police.

Authorities say Drew Earlington kidnapped an Uber driver while fleeing Pennsylvania State Police.

After being stopped by law enforcement, state troopers found approximately 130 pounds of suspected marijuana.

Earlington is being held pending a pretrial hearing and will be in court again on Wednesday.
