A Wilton man is facing charges after state police say he led troopers on a 15-mile chase along the Merritt Parkway.

State police say 43-year-old Ijeboi Holmes refused to pull over for Wilton police and instead drove onto the parkway around 3:30 a.m. Friday.

Troopers say they tried to pull him over at Exit 52 in Trumbull, but Holmes sped up.

They say he didn't stop until police deployed stop sticks at Exit 60 in New Haven.
