The man arrested for failing to call 911 as a Greenwich plastic surgeon died in his apartment is on the verge of making bail.
Leonard Bajramaj?s lawyer successfully fought to get his client?s bond reduced from $750,000 to $200,000. Bajramaj?s family is close to having enough money on Wednesday to bail him out.
?We miss him. He should never have been in jail for this kind of thing,? says Ram Bajramaj, the father of the accused.
Bajramaj is charged with manslaughter for allegedly failing to call 911 for 13 hours as Ian Rubins died from a drug overdose in January. Bajramaj has remained in jail since his arrest on Jan. 23.
