It's the day after Christmas, which means the present return rush has begun.
While many people return gifts today, there are also a few surprise deals to be had on one of the busiest shopping days of the year.
Kohl's on Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk opened up its doors at 5:00 a.m. today for shoppers who might want to return their Christmas presents.
Merchants say they are slashing prices this year, hoping to lure shoppers back into their stores today.
Many people also flocked to the Connecticut Post Mall, where post-holiday deals were plentiful. Many of the stores had discounts upward of 40 percent off.
Mall officials say the day after Christmas is one of the busiest shopping days of the year.
