Ramsey police are advising residents to be on alert due to a “possibly aggressive” bear spotted in the area.
The alert was sent to residents around 8:45 a.m. Friday. According to police, the bear was spotted in the area of Manor Drive. The street is surrounded by a wooded area in a residential neighborhood.
Police are asking people in the area to keep pets and children inside.
