Residents complain of smell at Stamford's Harbor Point
Some residents are complaining that Stamford's Harbor Point has a lingering bad smell.
Bill Degman, who works for the Stamford Wastewater Plant, says the the stench could be sewage, garbage or one of two nearby factories.
Massive air filters are currently being installed so people who work, live and shop in the area won't have to suffer for long.
Officials say the air filters will be working within the next few weeks.
