Scores of people tried their best to keep cool as temperatures held steady in the 90s Monday.
Employees at Sky Zone in Norwalk say the trampoline park gets busy during the summer because kids can bounce out their energy while parents get some work done and soak up the air conditioning.
Meanwhile at Sono Ice House, teen hockey players were getting in some practice. Their coach says even when you're working hard, an ice rink makes a great refuge from the hot sun.
Sono says it has rinks open for free skate every day between noon and 2 p.m.
High temperatures are expected to remain in the upper-80s for the rest of the week.
