Residents of a Bridgeport apartment complex say they've been living without heat for days.
Housing officials say that they're investigating the problem at the P.T. Barnum Apartments in Black Rock.
Residents tell News 12 that they're frustrated because the issues come amid cold winter temperatures.
They add that their hot water was also out recently, but is now back on.
