A Ridgefield Thai restaurant is giving away a free Powerball ticket with every meal ahead of Wednesday's drawing.
V. Thai Restaurant owner Loi Nguyen says that with the jackpot now over $1.5 billion, he is hoping the promotion will be a powerful incentive. Each meal purchased yields one ticket.
In just a week, Nguyen says more than 400 free tickets have been given out.
He signs the back of every ticket and takes a photograph before handing them out.
