49ds agoForan High School's Faith Doyle is this week's News 12 Connecticut scholar athlete presented by Colonial Toyota.
Doyle helped lead the Lions to a first round win in the Class MM CIAC girls basketball state tournament. She recently became the all-time leading scorer in Foran girls basketball history, a record previously held by Rhonda Boyd.
Doyle says she couldn't have done it without her teammates, coaches and family.
"That just made me feel fulfilled in a way. It was a goal I wanted, but it was also really nice to see everyone was happy for me and ultimately wanted me to achieve it."
