Several people who got stranded on "Signal Rock" at Anchor Beach in Milford were rescued, officials say.
Milford Fire Department quickly sent out a rescue crew Monday night.
All of the rescuers were equipped with Mustang suits. The suits act as floatation devices and also protect the wearer from cold weather and hypothermia.
Officials say everybody was rescued and brought to shore.
