Stamford officials celebrated the end of what they say was their most successful summer yet in finding teens jobs and internships.
Closing ceremonies were held today for the Mayor's Youth Employment program.
Officials say 91 students worked a total of 140 hours of the summer earning $10 an hour at numerous companies and businesses throughout the city.
The program director says the students work hard to learn skills they can apply beyond high school.
Officials say more than nearly 600 Stamford young people have taken advantage of the program since it began six years ago.
