Stamford police say they are seeing an increase in what they are calling "wolf pack" robberies.
Stamford police are investigating after they say a man riding his bike near the corner of Atlantic and Henry streets late Tuesday night was robbed. They say he was jumped by four or five men in their late teens to early 20s, who were wearing hooded sweatshirts.
Investigators say the victim was robbed of his wallet, jacket and bike. They say the victim was hurt, but not seriously.
Police say the attackers target Hispanic men they believe are drunk at the time. Immigration attorney Alex Martinez says Hispanic men are targeted because they are more likely to carry cash.
