12h agoState police are investigating a fatal crash on Interstate 91 northbound in Middletown.
It happened just after 9 a.m. on Monday.
Officials said the driver of a Chrysler was traveling in the center lane of I-91 near the Exit 20 on ramp, and the driver of a Toyota Corolla was driving in the right lane when it veered into the center lane and collided with the Chrysler.
Verona Facey, 74, from Brooklyn, was pronounced dead on the scene.
Facey was a passenger in the Toyota Corolla.
Officials said the crash remains under investigation.
