9h agoAn overturned tractor-trailer closed part of Route 8 in Colebrook, state police say.
The crash happened around 4:40 a.m. on Colebrook River Road in the area of Sandy Brook Road.
Police say the driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured and that no other vehicles are involved in the crash.
Several telephone poles were struck and Eversource is on scene working to restore power.
The road is expected to be closed for several hours, and police say drivers are asked to seek an alternative route and avoid the area.
