Store owner facing drug charges

A store owner in Stamford is facing charges this afternoon after police say he sold drugs from behind the counter. Police arrested Cesar Eduardo, 46, on Wednesday night at his market on Greenwich Avenue.

A store owner in Stamford is facing charges this afternoon after police say he sold drugs from behind the counter.
Police arrested Cesar Eduardo, 46, on Wednesday night at his market on Greenwich Avenue.
Officers say a police dog found heroin, crack and powdered cocaine in one of the store's drink coolers.
They say Eduardo was also arrested on the same charges six months ago as well as in 2013.
