Storm No. 2 will arrive Thanksgiving morning and produce rain all day. It will be a chilly, raw, damp Thanksgiving. This rain will help a little with the drought but will impact travel conditions with wet and slick roads most of the day. Drier weather returns on Friday and into the weekend. Much colder weather starts December — with highs in the low 40s.
