Friday will be a sunny and mild day before a bout of rainy and windy weather moves in Saturday.
But before the storm, News 12 Meteorologist Steve Teeling says Friday will be another nice day with partly sunny skies and highs near 50 degrees.
Teeling says Saturday will be rainy and windy to start, with the rain changing over to wet snow during the afternoon before ending. Minor accumulations are possible, especially in northern areas.
The wind stays very gusty in the afternoon and overnight with some of the winds gusting over 50 mph. Some damage and power outages are also possible.
Sunday will be mostly sunny, windy and cold with highs only in the 30s.
OVERNIGHT: Mostly clear and cold. Low of 30.
FRIDAY: Mostly sunny and pleasant. High of 50.
SATURDAY: Rainy and windy with a thunderstorm possible. Turning colder with the rain ending as wet snow. Minor accumulations possible by day's end. Very windy during the day and into the overnight. High of 47.
SUNDAY: Mostly sunny, windy and cold. High of 37.
MONDAY: Mostly sunny and milder. High of 52.
TUESDAY: Partly sunny and mild. High of 54.
