WHAT'S NEW: Mostly cloudy this afternoon before snow / mix after 8 p.m. with rain overnight.
WHAT'S NEXT: Cold on Valentine's Day before another storm Saturday afternoon into Sunday. Some snow accumulation before change to rain.
Today: A slight chance of snow after 4 p.m. Cloudy, with a high near 38. Wind chill values between 25 and 30. Northeast wind 10 to 15 mph.
Tonight: STORM WATCH: Snow and sleet developing after 8 p.m., then rain and sleet, all rain around midnight through morning. Temperature rising to around 39 by 5 a.m. East wind around 14 mph. Half an inch of snow and sleet before change to rain. Watch for icy/ slick roads. Watch for some street flooding and large puddles on the side of the roads.
