State police were back in Hartford Wednesday searching for clues in the search for a missing New Canaan mom.
Police combed through Materials Innovation and Recycling Authority looking for anything that could point to what happened to Jennifer Dulos.
As News 12 has reported, an arrest warrant reveals police found blood-soaked items inside bags with blood on them matching Jennifer Dulos' in trash bins along Albany Avenue in Hartford.
The arrest warrant also says a man and woman matching the description of both Fotis Dulos and Michelle Troconis' were captured on surveillance video in the area where they made several stops in a car to dump plastic bags into garbage cans in the area and inside of a storm drain.
The video was captured on May 24, the day Jennifer Dulos went missing.
Police were able to track Troconis and Fotis Dulos' cellphones down Albany Avenue on May 24 as well.

News 12 spoke with a woman who says she saw Fotis Dulos and his girlfriend driving around frantically.
"Something was wrong with that vehicle because it was driving like crazy," says Ingrid Jackson.
Police are still searching for clues on Albany Avenue and in the waste plant.
A spokesperson for the Materials Innovation and Recycling Authority's trash-to-energy plant released a statement to the media saying, "We are cooperating with the state police investigation."
