Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of a missing New Canaan woman, appeared in court Wednesday for a hearing connected to the case.
Dulos has been charged with evidence tampering and hindering prosecution in connection to disappearance of his estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos. Security cameras captured Dulos and his girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, throwing out what appeared to be blood-stained evidence in 30 trash cans in Hartford.
The case was continued to Jan. 7.
After court, Dulos once again stated he loves his kids. Attorney Chris La Tronica did not address the media.
Jennifer was last seen May 24. Police found evidence of a crime scene in her New Canaan home and items with her blood on them in trash cans in Hartford.
At the last hearing, state's attorney Rich Colangelo told a judge that recent comments Dulos made to a Greek media outlet about Jennifer Dulos' mental health were a clear violation of the gag order in the case.
