Posted: Updated:

The Chinese Language School of Connecticut celebrated the Chinese New Year at the University of Connecticut in Stamford.

This is the 18th year the nonprofit organization has held the celebration.

There was a Chinese food buffet, Chinese music, a dragon dance, performances, workshops, and arts and crafts to enjoy.

Kids created rat-themed crafts to pay homage to the head of the zodiac.

This year's feast was provided by the Ren Dumpling Noodle House and Village Gourmet of Norwalk.
