A Stratford man was killed in a crash on Route 8 in Trumbull Saturday afternoon, according to police.
Officials say two cars quickly slowed down in the left lane, and a car driven by 61-year-old Clifford Voight crashed into them.
The impact then sent the other two cars into each other.
Police say Voight was taken to St. Vincent's Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
They say one other driver was taken to the hospital and released a short time later.
