A Stratford woman was killed in a car crash on I-95 in Westport, police say.
Elizabeth Seda-Flores, 43, was killed in the crash near exit 18 Sunday morning around 2 a.m. in the northbound lane.
Investigators say her vehicle crashed into a concrete median barrier, then crossed three lanes of traffic before coming to a stop in the guard rail.
Police say two good Samaritans pulled Seda-Flores from the smoking car after the crash.
Emergency responders found Seda-Flores outside of the car unresponsive. She was taken to Norwalk Hospital where she was pronounced dead. State police say Seda-Flores was not wearing a seat belt.
Neighbors say she was a kind and loving woman who cared for her family.
They say she leaves behind a husband and two children.
Her death marks the first fatal car crash on I-95 for Troop G state police.
