NOW AND NEW: Overnight, it will be fair and cold with lows in the 20s. Wednesday will be partly cloudy and milder with highs around 40 degrees.
NEXT: The rest of the week stays dry and the milder trend continues. Highs will be close to 50 degrees Friday and into the weekend. We will have to put up with some rain showers for the weekend but again, it will be mild into the low 50s.
