The lawyer of a man who is accused of fatally stabbing a Fairfield Prep student says the suspect rejected a plea deal.
The deal would have meant 40 years in prison for Raul "Lito" Valle.
Jimmy McGrath was killed, and three other teens were stabbed during a fight at a house party in 2022.
Valle's lawyer says his client "has maintained his innocence from day one and looks forward to getting his day in court."
