Surveillance video released Wednesday shows a 17-year-old female escaping her alleged kidnapper by rolling out of a moving car.
Police are seeking the driver of that vehicle.
Investigators say the suspect is a middle-aged woman who initially lured the teen into the car.
The video shows a gray Toyota sedan driving down Boston Avenue with the passenger door open. The victim bails out of the vehicle and hits the ground, stunned. Officials say she is OK.
The rear bumper of the car is damaged, with white foam showing where the rear bumper is missing.
Police say the driver made a U-turn at Dover Street and then continued down Boston Avenue, heading east.
