The Cinemark theater inside the Connecticut Post Mall in Milford will reopen Friday after being closed for five months because of the coronavirus.

The Cinemark theater inside the Connecticut Post Mall in Milford will reopen Friday after being closed for five months because of the coronavirus.
Employees say showtimes will be staggered, and capacity in each theater will be reduced due to new safety protocols in the wake of doing business during the pandemic.
Moviegoers will also be required to wear a mask except when eating or drinking.
All staffers will wear masks too, employees say.
Each theater will be disinfected every morning, and seats will be cleaned in between showtimes.
Moviegoers are encouraged to buy tickets online.
There will be $5 tickets for adults and $3 for kids.
Snacks will be discounted too.
AMC theaters is also reopening some of their theaters in Connecticut.
Beginning today, moviegoers can head to the Danbury theater.
AMC says today only, customers can buy a ticket to a movie for just 15 cents, the price it was back in 1920.
