State police say the victim showed up at the hospital on June 20, 2021, prompting an investigation that led to the arrest of Daniel Brignolo.
They say Brignolo, who is a firefighter and EMT, turned himself in after an arrest warrant was issued.
Brignolo is charged with sexual assault and providing a minor with alcohol.
