The trial for a Harwinton man accused of taking part in the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021 begins Tuesday afternoon in Washington.

Prosecutors say Richard Crosby was part of the group that were able to get to the dais on the floor of the Senate.

He's seen in pictures next to Jacob Chansley, commonly known as the “QAnon Shaman.”

Crosby faces six counts, including felony obstruction of Congress.
