The developers of Trump Parc say the project is back on track after precautions were taken to ensure debris doesn?t fall to the street again.

Joe Apicelli is the executive vice president of Cappelli Enterprises, which is building and developing Trump Parc along with the Trump Organization. Apicelli gave News 12 Connecticut a view from inside the residential development, which is expected to be Fairfield County?s highest.

?It?s like sitting on top of the world,? says Apicelli about the view from the 35th floor.

Apicelli says thermal insulated glass will deflect and attract the sun, allowing the apartments to be cooled or heated depending on the seasons. The process will also make the high rise appear to change colors, from light to darker blue.

Developers say 50 percent of the units in Trump Parc have been sold. It is expected to be completed by summer of 2009.

In August, developers were forced to dismantle a crane after debris fell four times in four months from the tower.
