Stamford's skyline is about to change thanks to real estate mogul Donald Trump. Trump joined Stamford Mayor Dan Malloy and Lieutenant Gov. Mike Fidele Tuesday for the groundbreaking of Trump Parc. The 34-story building will be the tallest in the city, and will house 170 luxury condominiums. ?It's real hot, real happening and I think we have the best building,? said Trump, who will lend more than his name to the project. He'll also be part of developing and marketing the tower, which will include retail and parking on the lower levels. The price tag on the units will range from $600,000 to more than $3 million. They should be complete in about 18 months.
