A student at UConn who is from Wilton died this morning at Windham Hospital.

Robert Keers was a senior in the School of Business.

The university issued a statement saying, "In the short time since we learned of his death, it has become abundantly clear that Robbie had a wide circle of friends at UConn who are profoundly affected by his passing. Our deepest sympathies go out to his family and friends, both in the UConn community and his hometown of Wilton."

Keers is the fourth UConn student to die since early August including a Ridgefield teen killed in a car crash.
