Tuition is going up for some students at the UConn.
The board of trustees approved a 4 percent increase in tuition and fees for students in its medical and dental schools.
Officials say for in-state students, the new costs will be about $40,000, up from $37,000.
For out-of-state students, the cost will rise to about $72,000.
