British police have made a 14th arrest in connection with the bombing at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester that killed 22 people, including children, and injured 119 others.
A 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of terrorism offenses. The suspects in custody have not been identified or charged at this time.
According to police, 22-year-old Salman Abedi set off an improvised explosive device outside Manchester Arena at the end of the concert. Abedi died in the blast.
According to sources, Abedi was of Libyan descent, but was born and raised in the UK and was a student at the University of Salford in Manchester. The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
