Police in Westport have charged a Waterbury man with sexually assaulting a child he had been tutoring.
According to police, they arrested Juan Torres, 40, Friday and charged him with 10 counts of sexual assault.
Police say the victim was attacked multiple times over an extended period.
Torres posted bond and will appear in court next week.
