Residents in a Weston neighborhood are asking the town to help protect them from a coyote den in the woods near their homes.
People in the area say they are scared and can hear the coyotes howling at night. Others are concerned about the safety of their pets and young children.
Weston First Selectman Gayle Weinstein says they are working with the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to see what they can do about it. Weinstein says DEEP has the final say about the coyote den.
