This week's What's Ailing You sought a doctor's confirmation that fresh air is good medicine.
Dr. Peter McAllister, of the New England Institute for Neurology and Headache, says he wholeheartedly recommends kids and adults get outdoors every day.
McAllister says spending time outdoors helps relax musces and slows breathing and heart rate.
McAllister says it's so important that the American Academy of Pediatrics suggests doctors prescribe "fresh air, twice daily."
