Chef Giovanni Farruggio, of Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how to make barbecue ribs.
Ingredients:
1 Full rack St. Louis Ribs
1 cup barbecue sauce
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
1. Remove the ribs from packaging and place on an oven safe pan.
2. Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
3. Place in oven and roast for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
4. Remove from oven and brush on the barbecue sauce.
5. Place back in oven and roast for an additional 30 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
7. Cut and serve.
