The parents of a teenager who died last summer have filed a civil lawsuit that claims a Wilton family took actions that contributed to their son's death.

Nick Parisot, also of Wilton, died in June 2008 while riding his motorized dirt bike in the woods behind his family's home on Nod Hill Road. Wilton police say Parisot died when he struck a rope that had been intentionally tied across the path between two trees.

The Parisot family's suit, which blames the other family for tying the rope between the trees, was filed at Stamford Superior Court.
