A Fairfield woman is facing charges after police say she tried to hit someone in a fight over a space in a no-parking zone at pre-school in Westport.
Police say Jennifer Briggs, 43, parked in a no parking space at a pre-school on Burr Road in early December.
They say she was asked by an employee to leave the space.
When she did not, they say the employee tried to photograph her car.
Police say Briggs went after the employee's cellphone and swung at her.
Briggs will be in court next week.
