Stamford resident Marcia Braccio has filed a lawsuit against against the city of Stamford and the handler of the police dog that attacked her last year.

Police say Marcia Braccio was jogging near the handler's home in Stamford last year when the dog went after her, biting her arm and leg.

Braccio ended up with 30 stitches and is now demanding more than $15,000 for pain and suffering, in addition to financial losses she sustained as a result of the attack.
