A Norwalk man was arrested following a fight outside a city bar.
Police say they arrested Oscar Ramirez early Sunday morning for punching a man in the face after leaving the bar 'Episode' on Washington Street.
Authorities say Ramirez was kicked out of the bar earlier in the evening for fighting.
Police say the victim did not know Ramirez.
